Refund Policy

At Escalade Performance, we believe in delivering high-quality personal training services that support your goals. To maintain the integrity of our time and resources, we adhere to the following refund policy for subscription-based services:

All Sales Are Final

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the specific case described below.

Exception: Forgotten Subscription After Discontinuing Services

If you have met with a coach and both parties agreed to discontinue training, but your subscription was not canceled and a charge occurs afterward, you may be eligible for a refund of the most recent charge.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of the charge

  • We must have a documented agreement or discussion confirming the service was ended

  • The refund will apply only to the most recent charge, not previous billing periods

No Refunds for Partial Use

Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions, partial months, or lack of results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
